Real World Impact was established to address a structural failure in sustainable finance: the gap between capital, accountability and real-world outcomes across agricultural value chains in Africa and emerging markets.

Our work is built on direct experience across international development, ESG implementation, sustainable business, gender lens investing, and value chain transformation in Africa and emerging markets, combined with original research conducted at the first mile of global supply chains.

The Co-Creation Impact Model (CCIM) is the result: a deployable data integration and governance system that connects first-mile producer data with investor-grade, ISSB-aligned sustainability reporting, designed to operate at scale across agricultural value chains in Africa and beyond.

Gender Lens Investing and Inclusion
Deep expertise in gender lens investing and first-mile producer inclusion, grounded in original research with women smallholder farmers and a professional career that has centred the economic empowerment of women as both a development imperative and an investment signal.
Agricultural Value Chain Transformation
Direct operational experience across agricultural value chains in East Africa, including building ESG and sustainability methodologies for agricultural supply chains and developing impact measurement frameworks validated in real-world field conditions.
Sustainable Finance and Capital Markets
Experience across the City of London, sustainable finance networks and global financial centre policy, including senior roles engaging institutional investors, corporates and government across financial centres and sustainability frameworks.
Governance and Standards
ISO 37011 purpose-led governance expertise embedded from the outset of CCIM design, alongside experience across impact measurement frameworks and sustainability standards at an international level.
